The ceiling set. Twelve to thirteen panels at 24x128 is a lot of media surface, and that is the point of the design: a large diffusion area keeps face velocity low and the descending air curtain smooth. Long panels like these also fail differently than small square pads. A sag, tear, or gap at one end of a 128-long panel disturbs airflow across a whole lane of the booth, so inspect the full length at every change and seat each panel fully in its frame. Order the set complete; a mixed-age ceiling develops uneven face velocity, and the fresh panels take disproportionate flow while loaded ones go slack.

Which count is yours. The catalog documents both 12 and 13 panel configurations for this cabin. Counting is a two-minute job from the booth floor, and a one-panel error either leaves you short mid-change or pays for media you shelve. Once your count is on file, reorders are automatic.

The exhaust pairing. The AFT listing covers the ceiling; the exhaust plane is quoted per booth. Standard fill is fiberglass arrestor pad cut to the floor openings, with polyester arrestor as the upgrade for waterborne schedules. The exhaust turns over several times per ceiling set, so a sensible standing order bundles one ceiling set with multiple exhaust changes.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.94(c) requires maintained ventilation through the spray zone, and on this cabin the large ceiling area means intake restriction builds slowly and quietly; by the time airflow feels wrong, the media is well past due. NFPA 33 treats the loaded exhaust media and any overspray accumulation beyond it as combustible loading, which makes the floor change interval a fire-code matter, not just a finish-quality one. Shops spraying HAP-containing refinish coatings on vehicles also carry EPA 6H obligations: filtered exhaust and documented maintenance.
