Terms of service

Full terms publishing with M3 commerce launch. For the moment, the short version:

• Buyer of record: Santiago Innovations / WERCS Inc.
• Returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened kits, full refund.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 4 PM Pacific are processed the same day; in-stock items typically ship the next business day. Special-order items ship in 1 to 2 weeks from the supplier.
