Cycle math first, because length is money. An 8 meter cabin carries more ceiling and more exhaust floor than its 7 meter sibling, and every square foot of both is consumable real estate. The documented six-panel ceiling set replaces as a set, so per-change ceiling cost is fixed and known. The exhaust floor consumes more linear feet of arrestor roll per change than the shorter Master, meaning fewer change-outs per 300-foot roll; measure your grid once and the roll arithmetic falls out. None of this argues against the 8 meter. It argues for knowing the numbers before the booth teaches them to you.

Intake side. Filtrair FF560GX progressive-density polyester diffusion, 57 by 128 inches, six panels per change-out. Install them as a matched set and never mix part-worn panels among fresh ones, or the air column bends toward the new media and the finish tells on you at the far end of the vehicle.

Exhaust side. The 30-inch, 22-gram fiberglass arrestor roll cuts to the full floor grid length. On a cabin this long, sectioning the change (fresh media at the dirty end only) is a false economy; loading migrates and the pressure balance shifts along the cabin. Full-length changes keep the downdraft column even nose to tail.

AMU stage. The same 8-pocket bag format documented for the Master line (23.5 by 46 by 9) handles prefiltration for the make-up air unit, cycling independently of the cabin media.

Nothing in EPA 6H (NESHAP Subpart HHHHHH) scales down for booth size; an 8 meter downdraft simply has more filter area that must be present and maintained for the booth to count as the filtered enclosure the rule requires. OSHA 1910.94(c) bites when a long floor loads unevenly: ventilation adequacy is measured where the painter works, and on an 8 meter cabin that includes the far end, not just the doorway. NFPA 33's combustible-accumulation logic multiplies with area too; a longer floor holds more trapped overspray at any loading level, the argument for full-length scheduled changes with delivery records as the audit trail.
