Intake side. The 40 by 115 ceiling format is the documented consumable for the Eurotech, filled with polyester ceiling diffusion media. Count the positions in your plenum grid on the first order, since catalog records anchor the format but your cabin configuration sets the quantity. Change the full set together: mixing new and loaded diffusion panels tilts the air column toward the fresh media and puts dry spray on the panel under the old ones.

Exhaust side. Floor-level arrestor media catches the overspray on its way out. Fiberglass arrestor is the default for solvent-based collision work; polyester arrestor holds up better under waterborne and high-solids loading. The Eurotech's exhaust openings are measured once during the fitment check because they are not carried in the same catalog records as the ceiling.

AMU stage. If your Eurotech installation includes a heated make-up air unit, its pocket-bag prefilters cycle independently and protect the burner and fan. Confirm presence and size during the same check.

The stability dividend. A slot format that survives from a 2003 catalog to a 2020 catalog is the filter-buying equivalent of a part number that never superseded. Set the kit once and the only variable left is cadence, which your spray volume sets.

EPA 6H (NESHAP Subpart HHHHHH) puts collision refinish spraying inside a filtered, ventilated booth operated per its design, and on a downdraft that design assumption lives or dies at the ceiling and floor media. OSHA 1910.94(c) requires spray-finishing ventilation to be maintained, which the Eurotech satisfies only while its media is within loading limits; a plugged ceiling starves the whole cabin. NFPA 33 addresses the fire side: overspray captured in exhaust arrestor media is a combustible accumulation, so change-outs on schedule, with records, are both the fire control and the paper trail an inspector asks for.
