Intake ceiling. Four polyester diffusion panels at 65" x 120". At that size, handling technique is part of filter performance: a 10-foot panel installed by one person tends to get creased, and a creased diffusion panel meters air unevenly for its whole service life. Plan ceiling changes as a two-person job, support each panel across its span while seating it, and replace all four together so the plenum stays balanced end to end.

Make-up air and exhaust. The 6.75 Meter runs a prefilter stage at the make-up air unit and arrestor media at the floor exhaust, as any heated downdraft does, but this catalog record does not document those slots at SKU level and we do not publish sizes we cannot source. The fitment-check path exists for exactly this case: send the nameplate and a few photos, and the WERCS-verified catalog team matches prefilter style, arrestor format, and counts from distributor cross-reference before anything ships.

Cost logic. Large-format panels concentrate spend into fewer pieces, which makes the prefilter stage disproportionately valuable on this booth. Every week of ceiling life the AMU prefilters buy back is bought on the cheapest media in the building.

Long booths spraying refinish coatings carry the same obligations as standard bays. EPA 6H requires a filtered, maintained booth with documented filter changes for motor vehicle and mobile equipment refinishing, and commercial-vehicle work in a 6.75 Meter is squarely in scope. OSHA 1910.94(c) requires the ventilation system to maintain design airflow during spray operations, a taller order over 22 feet of floor exhaust than over a car-length pit, which makes even, on-schedule arrestor changes more consequential, not less. NFPA 33 treats captured overspray as a combustible deposit wherever it accumulates. Dated change records for all stages close the paperwork loop.
