Intake ceiling. The documented match is the Viledon R-1 premium intake panel, linked, at 20" x 48" (SKU 100-030), a tacky-finish link media that holds fine dust instead of letting it sift back onto fresh clear. A full ceiling change is 24 panels, so price the set, not the panel.

Make-up air. Two documented styles cover the AMU stage. Link style: the 3-ply 25" x 72" prefilter (SKU 0162525726) and the Viledon R 2/4 panel-linked at the same 25" x 72" (SKU 010-061). Panel style: pleated R2/4 prefilter panels at 16" x 25" (SKU 010-040) and 20" x 25" (SKU 010-030). Which style your AMU takes depends on how its filter rack was built, which is one of the things a fitment check pins down.

Exhaust side. Fiberglass paint arrestor roll media, documented in a 22 gram 41" x 300' roll (SKU 14AG41300) and an extra-heavy-duty 40" x 100' roll (SKU 200-090). The heavier media is the move for high-solids primer work where standard arrestor blinds early.

Cycle math. On a 24-panel ceiling, partial changes are a false economy. Mixed old and new panels create uneven resistance, airflow finds the fresh panels, and the downdraft pattern distorts right over the vehicle. Change the ceiling as a set and let the AMU prefilters do the sacrificial work in between.

EPA 6H applies to most Concept II shops doing motor vehicle refinishing: the booth must run with its filters in place and maintained, and auditors ask for change records. OSHA 1910.94(c) requires maintained ventilation during spray operations, which on a downdraft means an exhaust arrestor that still passes design airflow. NFPA 33 classifies overspray accumulation as a combustible deposit, so loaded exhaust rolls and any overspray buildup on the grid structure are a housekeeping item, not just a filtration item.
